For more than 16 years, Dawn H. Titus-Rogan, Esq. has been practicing family law in Northern Virginia. She has intentionally dedicated her career to the management of cases in small law firm settings, where she can better connect with her clients and offer services at reasonable costs. Personal History

Originally from New Jersey but born in Staten Island, New York, Dawn’s legal education brought her to Virginia. She has been married to her husband for more than 20 years, and she has a 10 year old daughter and numerous pets, including Seymour, the friendly office dog.
